What is the CRM Integrations area about?
The CRM Integrations area is for enabling CRM integrations. In this case, specifically, between the 29Next CRM and the user’s CTRwow instance.
This area is available in MANAGE>Save Settings section
Please note that this option is ONLY available to users with the Silver package and above.
What is the 29Next?
29 Next is the e-commerce CRM platform that helps performance marketers get new products to market quickly.
How to link your 29Next account with your CTRwow instance
From the Save Settings section:
The user needs to tick the Enable 29Next integration. checkbox
After, please enter the information requested in the 2 fields required:
Subdomain: This is the subdomain of the URL, you used to log in to your 29Next portal, which is the first part before http://29Next.
For example, it is the example-subdomain or else, https://example-subdomain.29Next/admin/dashboard.php
Once finished, the user needs to hit the Update button, at the bottom left of the page.
Create your websites and checkouts using the 29Next widgets
To create your CTRwow websites by using the 29Next in order to support CTRwow payments and checkouts features, please follow the below steps.
In 29Next users need to create the Products
After that go to their CTRwow account and on the left side menu click on BUILD>Websites
Click on the +New Website button on the top right side of the page
From the New Website tab click on the Select Template button and start creating your new website adding Presale, interstitials, etc.
**Please note that shortly we will release the 29Next templates and all related checkout pages: checkout, confirm, success, decline.
On the checkout page, use the 29Next widgets available in the Page Builder
Then drag the widget 29Next Product List to the page
Click on the Manage Widget icon of the element/widget, so this will open on the left side menu the SETTINGS
From the SETTINGS of the Product List element, users can:
Pull all the products to the product list, filtered by SKU pattern, to select to use
Enter the pattern of the SKU in the SKU contains field to load those products, then select the ones they want to use (see the below example)
It’s important to highlight that the SET UP subsections (Campaigns, Products and ORDER) are strictly for the integration with the eManage CRM ONLY. Therefore:
To create and manage products, users need to go to the 29Next portal.
Then, the user can configure the widget settings to set the list of products.
Where to find the 29Next widgets
The 29Next widgets are located inside the Page Builder, please follow the below steps to find them.
From the Page Builder, go to the left side menu and click on Elements
Then click on the search field, and from the drop-down menu select Build-In
Scroll down the group of widgets listed and click on 29Next
To use them, just drag and drop the widget on your page.
