What is the T-Frame Anti Thief Widget
The T-Frame Anti Thief Widget enables the Theft Protections on the specific CTRwow page, where it has been added.
The Theft Protection is a feature meant to protect your website and the content on your web pages.
How does the Theft Protections work?
In order to enable the Theft Protections feature, users must add the T-Frame Anti Thief or T-frame widget anywhere to their page, so a pixel will be placed on your published page to monitor it.
Just simply place the widget on the page, somewhere it is hard to be seen or with the highest chance not to be removed. It can also be placed multiple widgets on one page to increase the chance.
**However, please note that the more it is placed, the lower your page may perform
If someone copies the page and content and creates their own with it, but they don’t remove this pixel and publish it to another domain different from the original, it is going to trigger an alert, which report can be found in MANAGE > Theft Protections (see below example)
How to set up the T-Frame Anti Thief Widget on the page
To set this widget on your page, please follow the instructions below.
From the website Builder and once you have clicked on the Lock for Editing Icon
Go to the left side menu and click on Elements
Type the name of the widget in the search bar and then pick Build-In from the drop-down menu
Once the page is published, and if someone tries to download the content of the page and republish them, the pixels that have been included in the page trigger the alert.
