What is the Billing History section about?

In this section, users have all history of their subscription payments of the CTRwow plan chosen.

Where is the Billing History section located?

To find the Billing History section, please follow the below instructions.

1. Log into your CTRwow account

2. Go to the left side menu and scroll down and click on the SETTINGS section

3. On the SETTINGS section, on the top of the page select Billing History

What is the information available?

In the Billing History section, the below information is provided:

• Date: the date of the transaction

• Package: on this column is shown what plan is the user paying for

• Period: this is the period of subscription that the customer has paid for, and which can be monthly or yearly.

• Payment Method: it displays the last four digits of the card used to pay for the subscription

• Total: the transaction amount paid for the subscription

• View: by clicking on the eye icon, a tab will pop up showing the receipt

How to download the receipt

1. Click on the eye icon on the right side of each transaction raw

   

2. A tab will pop up showing the receipt

3. At the bottom of the tab, there is the Download button, which will automatically download to the user machine the receipt in PDF format
