What is the Billing Information section about?

In this section, users can:

• Upgrade their plan

• Add their Billing Details to pay the plan.

Where is the Billing Information section located?

To find the Billing Information section, please follow the below instructions.

1. Log into your CTRwow account

2. Go to the left side menu and scroll down and click on the SETTINGS section

3. On the SETTINGS section, at the top of the page select Billing Information

   

How to add or edit the billing address and card details

To add your billing details in order to upgrade your plan, follow the below steps.

1. Scroll down the Billing Information page up to the Payment Information area

2. At the bottom right of the Payment Information box, click on the Update Payment Information button

   

3. The Payment Information tab will pop up and from there the user can add or edit the payment details

   

4. Once finished, hit on the Save button, at the bottom right of the tab

   

How to upgrade your Plan

In order to upgrade your plan, follow the below steps.

1. Add the Credit Card details at the bottom of the page

   

2. Choose the plan that suits your company’s needs the most and click on the Upgrade button at the bottom of each plan box:
