What is the Widgets section about?

The Widgets section, under the main option BUILD, is for adding new Widgets that you want to store in CTRwow to make them available, on your website, anytime you need them. This will avoid building them manually every time you need them on a new page.

Where is located?

 On the Widgets section of the main menu, under BUILD, you can add any new Widgets.

How to create a new Widget

1. To include on CTRwow any new widgets, click on the Create New Widgets button on the right top corner of the Widgets section
   

   

2. users are redirected to a page where they fill in all the new Widgets details, such as:
   Information
   

   

   - Name
   - Category Name: by clicking on the field a scroll down menu will apper abnd the user can select the Category that the new widgets will belong to. For example, DFO Widgets, Checkouts, Testimonials, etc.
   

   

   
   - A description of what the widget is about, which will be visible when the user hovers the mouse on the widget, inside the Builder, and click on the Tooltip
   - Icon: which will be displayed on the widget in side the page builder

   Add the widgets code: HTML, CSS, JS and Setting Code (JSON format)
   

3. Click on the Save button at the bottom right side of the page
   

   

4. The widget will be immediately visible:
   - Listed on the Widgets section
   - On the left side menu on the Page Builder, under Elements

How to edit a Widget

Please note that this option is available only for the widgets created on the account and flagged as Company.

The default widgets, the ones marked as Global cannot be edited.

1. Go to the right side of the widget row and click on the Edit button
   

   

2. Users are redirected to the Widget page where they can make the changes

3. Once done, click on the Save button at the bottom right of the page

How to delete a Widget

Please note that this option is available only for the widgets created on the account and flagged as Company.

The default widgets, the ones marked as Global cannot be deleted.

1. Go to the right side of the widget row and click on the Delete button
   

   

2. The widget will be completely removed from the account
