How to customize the unlock feature

1. Log into your CTRwow account, go to the left side menu and click on MANAGE

2. Then click on Save Settings

3. The fourth option is the Automatically unlock page after X hours if there is no activity
   

   

4. Check the box If the box Automatically unlock page after and then click on the field, from the drop-down menu choose the number of hours after which all pages in the account will be automatically unlocked.
   Please note that if the box is unchecked, pages will stay locked unless users unlock them. On the other hand, if the checkbox of this option has been selected, webpages will be automatically unlocked after a timeframe of hours that can be customized by the user. In the case, the user doesn’t choose the time-lapse, and the box is checked, the system unlocks page(s) automatically after 4 hours by default.
   

   

5. Once finished, click on the Update button at the bottom of the page

How to lock a page

1. Log into your CTRwow account, go to the left side menu and click on BUILD>Websites

2. Then while hovering the mouse on the website, click on the Edit button
   

   

3. Inside the Page Builder, for each page, the Lock for Editing button is located on the left side of the top bar
   

   

4. Click on it to lock the page and start editing

5. To unlock the page, just click again on the Lock icon
   

   

How to check if pages are locked

In order to check whether a web page is locked or not, once the user is in the Page Builder, please select PAGE LIST from the left side menu.

If the page is locked, you should see a lock icon on the right side of the Page Icon list, as per the image example below:

Otherwise, from the Websites page click on the Preview button

and a tab will pop up showing all pages of the website and whether each one of them is locked or not
