What is the Websites section (Analytics) about?

In the Websites section, under ANALYTICS, users are able to check the performance of their pages and websites.

Where the Websites section (Analytics) is located?

  1. From CTRwow DASHBOARD, go to your left side menu and click on ANALYTICS

  2. Then click on Websites

What is on the Websites page

On the Websites page (Analytics), users can check the performance of their pages by checking the multiple metrics available:

Metric Name

Description

Visits

The number of users landing on the page based on 30-minute cookie.

Views

The number of page loads.

Click-Thrus

Number of clicks on the CTA buttons.

  • On CTA button rows, it’s the clicks of a single CTA.

  • On page rows, it’s the total clicks of all CTAs on the page.

  • On-site rows, it’s the total clicks of all pages.

Conv. (Conversions)

The number of conversions of CHECKOUT or UPSELL pages. A conversion is confirmed and fired when the user completes the payment for an order and lands on the next page.

Unit Sold

Unit quantity of order

  • On page rows, display total quantity customers purchased on checkout or upsell pages.

  • On-site row, display total quantity customers purchased on all checkout and upsell pages within the site.

Average Unit Sold

Unit Sold / Conversions

Revenue

Revenue = Sum of Order Values

  • On page rows: Calculate for checkout and upsell pages.

  • On site rows: Sum of child pages.

CTR (Click-through Rate)

The percentage of users who click on CTA buttons to go to the next page.

Formula: CTR = Clicks / Views

  • On CTA button rows: CTR = Number of Clicks on that specific CTA button / Number of Views on the page.

  • On page rows: CTR = Total number of Clicks on all CTA buttons / Number of Views on the page.

  • On-site rows: N/A

CVR

CVR = Conversions / Views

AOV (Average Order Value)

AOV = Revenue / Conversions

Unique Visitors

The number of unique visitors who have landed on the page at least one time.

Returning Visitors

The number of unique visitors who came back to the page after the first time.

and also they can filter data based on the timezone, or a specific date range:

Furthermore, by clicking the i icon, on the side of the website name

a small tab will pop up showing more details about the specific website or funnel (see the below example)

How to add or remove Metrics

On the Websites page, go to the top right side and click on METRICS and a scroll down menu will be shown, and you can tick or uncheck as much metrics as you need to

Track and Report traffic based on Location & Device

On the Website section, under ANALYTICS, for each web page, users can check the percentage of the interaction of visitors according to:

  • The device used

  • The location.

In order to find this information, please follow the below guidelines.

  1. On the Websites page, select the i icon on the side of each website, this will open a small pop showing the website results

  2. From the pop-up tab, click in the i and this opens another pop tab showing a world map.

**The areas that are colored are where the traffic comes from (see below example)

Additionally, users have also the option to narrow the map to a specific continent

5. Ultimately, by clicking on the mobile icon on the top right of the tab, the page displays a report of the devices used by visitors
