The Media Assets section

The Media Assets is an easy way for you to check what contents, in terms of images and videos, you have included on each website. The Media Assets organize your media, dividing contents into folders; each folder represents a specific website.

On each folder, items can be subdivided into additional folders representing different webpages, such as presales page, interstitial page, etc.

If pages and websites have been created, few folders will be visible in this section. Each folder corresponds to a specific website created inside CTRwow and in which are stored and organized all photos and videos added to the website pages.

In order to upload more contents or add folders, please follow the below steps:

• Click in one of the folders available and its content will be displayed, inside the folder, on the top right of the page, two buttons are available:

By clicking on the UPLOAD MEDIA button, the Upload Media tab will pop up and the user can either select the content directly from his PC or drag and drop the video/photo inside the tab: (see the below example):

Furthermore, by clicking on the NEW FOLDER button, the New Asset Folder tab will appear and be filled with the new folder details (see the below example):

Editing Images

By clicking on the three dots icon on the top right side of each image, the user will have a few options, and one of those is to also edit the image:

Once the Edit option is picked, the Image Editor tab will pop up and the user will be provided with the choices of:

• Crop the image

• Resize it

• Rotate it

• and Flip it

Why are my images not loading?

One of the reasons why your images might not be loading: You may have opened the link immediately after you published it, but it may take some time to copy and transfer all the files and images from our server to the destination host, especially if there are many.

Once all the images have been successfully published, you'll receive a confirmation email. Then you can open the link to view the images.
