1. Download the CTRwow App in the Shopify Store

1. Login into your Shopify account and from the Homepage go to the left-side menu

2. Scroll down and then click on the Apps or Sales Channels option

3. Then type CTRwow on the search field

4. Click on the Shopify App Store

   

5. Click on CTRwow

   

6. Then hit the Add the app button

   

7. The user is redirected to this page, where the Add sales channel button should be clicked

   

8. Then on the page, the payment details have to be filled up in order to enable the app in the store

2. Connect the CTRwow app with a CTRwow account

Linking an existing CTRwow account to the CTRwow app

If the user has already created an account at http://www.ctrwow.com, while installing the CTRwow app, he/she will be requested to link the app with the account as per the below instructions.

1. Click on the Connect An Existing CTRwow Account button

2. 

   The system will ask to add the user’s email address used to access the CTRwow account and the system will automatically identify the CTRwow company connected to that email address

   

3. After clicking the Login button, a new page will pop up, from which the user needs to select a company to use (see the below example)

4. 

   The user needs to hit the Finish Setup button. **Please note that your CTRwow account (www.ctrwow.com) must have been upgraded to a Silver plan or above in order to also benefit from the CTRwow app feature, otherwise the below message will pop up:

   

   In order to upgrade your CTRwow account, please log in to www.ctrwow.com and follow the instructions listed in this Helpdesk article: Billing Information section.

Creating a new CTRwow account to be linked to the CTRwow app

If the user hasn’t created yet an account at http://www.ctrwow.com, while installing the CTRwow app, he/she will be requested to create one, as per the below instructions.

1. Click on the Create a New Account button

2. 

   The system will ask you to pick a CTRwow monthly subscription and accept the Terms & Conditions

   

3. The user is redirected to the Approve subscription page where it’s requested to accept the amount of the subscription in order to finalize the app setup (see the below example)

   

What’s next?

• Once installed inside the Shopify Store, the user can easily access the CTRwow app by clicking on it. The app is located on the left side menu of the user’s Shopify store, on the Sale Channel section (see below example):

  Now that the installation is done, users can immediately start building their campaigns by clicking on the New Campaign button.
