What is the Product section about

In this section, users are able to:

• See the list of all their Products and Packages

• Add or edit Products

• Add or edit Packages

Where to find the Product section

In order to find this section, please follow the below steps.

1. Log into your CTRwow account

2. Go to the left side menu, scroll it down and click on SET UP

3. Then hit Products and the Single Products and Product Packages pages are available

What is the difference between a Product and a Package in CTRwow?

• In CTRwow, the term Product or Single Product is used to refer to a sellable single type and category, of a good or service, mostly sold in single units per package.

• On the other hand, the term Package or Product Package stands for a bundle of products, which are sold all at once to the customer. Therefore, a package can contain several units of the same products or multiple units of diverse products.

How to set up a new Product

In order to create a new product, please follow the below steps.

1. From the Product Single Products page, go to the top right and click on the + New Product button, and you will be redirected to the new product page

   

2. From the Product Setting page, fill in all the fields which are:
   - The Name: add the name of your product
   - The Type: by clicking on this field, a drop-down menu will appear, and the user can choose one of the product types listed on it

   

   - The Category: by clicking on this field, a drop-down menu will appear, and the user can choose one of the product categories listed on it

   

   - SKU: add the product SKU*
   [SKU*: SKU is a short title for stock keeping unit, and generally it is an alphanumeric code that retailers assign to products to keep track of stock internally - Please note each product or package must have its unique SKU].
   - USD Product Cost: add the price of the product
   - The Package Units: by clicking on this field, a drop-down menu will appear, and the user can choose one of the packages types listed on it

   

   - Weight (Kg): include the weight of the product
   - Description: this is an optional field where users can leave a brief description of the product

3. Once all the data have been inserted, click on the Save button at the bottom right of the page and the product is ready to be added to a campaign

   

    

How to set up a Package

In order to create a new package, please follow the below steps.

1. From the Product Packages page, go to the top right and click on the + New Package button, and you will be redirected to the new package page

   

2. From the Packages Setting page, fill in all the fields which are:
   - The Name: add the name of your package
   - The Type: by clicking on this field, a drop-down menu will appear, and the user can choose one of the package types listed

   

   - SKU: add the product SKU*
   [SKU*: SKU is a short title for stock keeping unit, and generally it is an alphanumeric code that retailers assign to products to keep track of stock internally - Please note each product or package must have its unique SKU].
   - USD Product Cost: add the price of the package
   - The Package Product: by clicking on this field, a drop-down menu will appear, and the user can pick one of the single product listed on it. These products are available on this list because they have been already created on the Single Products section (see below example)

   

   - Quantity: add the quantity of products units that are sold on this Product Package
   - Weight (Kg): include the weight of the package
   - Description: this is an optional field where users can leave a brief description of the package

3. Once all the data have been inserted, click on the Save button at the bottom right of the page and the package is ready to be added to a campaign

   

How to edit a product or a package

In order to edit your product or package, please follow the below steps.

1. Go to the right side of the page and click on the Edit icon of the product or package that you need to update

   

2. From the Single Product Settings page or Product Package Settings page, edit the required fields

3. Once finished, click on the Save button and the changes have an effect immediately on the product or package (see the below example)

   

**Please note that by editing a Single Product or a Product Package, those changes are also automatically reflected on the Campaign(s) where the product or the package is sold.

How to delete a product or a package

In order to fully delete your product or package from your CTRwow account, please follow the below steps.

1. Go to the right side of the page and click on the Delete icon of the product or package that you need to remove

   

2. The Single Product or Product Package is removed from your CTRwow account.

**Please note that by deleting a Single Product or a Product Package, those changes are also automatically reflected on the Campaign where the product or the package is sold.

How to delete/remove a Single Product or a Product Package from a campaign

To remove a Single Product or a Product Package from a campaign, without the need to completely delete them from your CTRwow account, please follow the below instructions.

1. Log into your CTRwow account

2. Go to the left side menu and click on SET UP and then Campaigns

   

3. From the list of Campaigns, go to the right side of the page, on the campaign you want the products or packages to be removed and click on the Actions (three dots) button, and then from the scroll down menu select Edit

   

4. Scroll down the Campaign SET UP page, up to the Product area, and then click on the Delete (bin) icon, on the right side of the product section, to JUST delete the product from the campaign

   

5. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on the Update button and the campaign is instantly updated

   

    

• Please note that removing the product from a campaign, WILL NOT delete the product or package from your CTRwow account. Those are still available in the Products section.

How to edit a Single Product or a Product Package from a campaign

To edit a Single Product or a Product Package directly from a campaign, please follow the below instructions.

1. Log into your CTRwow account

2. Go to the left side menu and click on SET UP and then Campaigns

   

3. From the list of Campaigns, go to the right side of the page, on the campaign you want the products or packages to be edited, and click on the Actions (three dots) button, and then from the scroll down menu select Edit

   

4. Scroll down the Campaign SET UP page, up to the Product area, and then click on the Edit icon, on the right side of the product section, to be able to edit the product or package from the campaign

   

5. Once the product or package has been updated, click on the Save (checkmark) icon on the product area

   

6. Then go to the bottom of the page and click on the Update button and the campaign is instantly updated
