What is on the Web properties section

The Web Properties section is subdivided into another three categories: 

1. The Internal Web Properties

2. The External landers 

3. External Offers.

The Internal Web Properties represents the live web pages/websites that CTRwow users have published from CTRwow. Additionally, within this section, users can manage the page(s) status or unpublish them.

The External Landers page or External Offers are to manage any external URLs that users work with. Once the external link is added to this section, users can include it in the Funnel just by selecting it from a drop-down in the funnel builder area.

Where the Web Properties is located?

The Web Properties section is located under MANAGE (see below example)

How to check if your pages are live from the Internal Web Properties section

On this page, users can:

1. Verify if their websites or webpages are live

2. What's the domain in which the pages have been published

3. Unpublished or republished, a page or the entire website

4. Use the Rollback option, if selected when the page/website was published

Verify if their websites or webpages are live

In the Internal Web Properties page are listed all websites and pages that are Live, are published, and then Offline ones, which have been unpublished (see below example)

In each website row, users have available:

1. The URL of the website

2. The status of the website Live or Offline

3. The Edit Button that redirects users to the webpages inside the Page Builder

4. The Unpublished or published button (depending on the website being Live or Offline)

5. The Rollback option, which is available ONLY if the user has tick the Rollback checkbox on the Publish Settings tab when publishing his/her website

Additionally, by clicking on the + icon on the left side of the website, the list of all published pages will be displayed below showing per page:

• The page name

• The widgets on the page

• Who is the last person that published the page

• The date and time of when the page was published

• The status of the page: Live (it is published) or Offline (it was unpublished)

• The Edit button that redirects the user to the page in the Page Builder

What's the domain in which the pages have been published

If a website has been published in two or more different domains, by clicking on the + icon on the left side of the website name a list of all website URL are shown

Unpublished or republished, a page or the entire website

On the right side of each website and each webpage, there is the Unpublished button and by clicking on it, the page or website will be set Offline

On the other hand, by clicking the Publish button, the page or website will be republished

Use the Rollback option, if selected when the page/website was published

On the right side of each website and each webpage, there is the Rollback button

which is available ONLY if the user has checked the box Rollback, in the Publish Settings tab, while publishing the page

Adding External Landers and External Offer to the Web Properties

In order to include any External Landers or External Offers to the Web Properties section, please follow the below instructions.

1. From CTRwow DASHBOARD, go to the left side Menu

2. Click on MANAGE

3. Then click on Web Properties

4. Select External landers or External Offers, according to the one you would like to add 

5. Next, click on the + Add New button in the top right corner of your page 

6. A tab will appear to Create Lander Page if you wish to add a new External Lander click on the Create Offer Page

7. Please fill the tab and then click on the Create button to save the new Landing or Offer
