The Metrics in the Dashboard

The Metrics in the Dashboard

On the Dashboard, users can already have an overview of their performances, which have been divided into:

  • Websites Performance (see below example)

  • Funnel Performance (see below example)

On the top of the page, users can also filter results by timezone, within a specific date or timeframe, (see below example):

Below the graphics, five tables are available displaying info about:

  • Websites

  • Funnels

  • Traffic Sources

  • Offers

  • Landers

To refresh the data, just click on the blue arrow button on the top right of the page.

Moreover, the data is cached for performance purposes and the cache is updated every hour.

The Metrics in the Websites Performance

Metric Name

Description

Visits

The number of users landing on the page, based on a 30-minute cookie.

Views

The number of page loads.

Click-Thrus

The number of clicks on the CTA buttons.

  • On CTA button rows, it’s the clicks of a single CTA.

  • On page rows, it’s the total clicks of all CTAs on the page.

  • On-site rows, it’s the total clicks of all pages.

Conv. (Conversions)

The number of conversions of CHECKOUT or UPSELL pages.

A conversion is confirmed and fired when the user completes the payment for an order and lands on the next page.

Unit Sold

Unit quantity of order

  • On page rows, display the total quantity a customer purchased on checkout or upsell pages.

  • On-site row, display total quantity a customer purchased on all checkout and upsell pages within the site.

Average Unit Sold

Unit Sold / Conversions

Revenue

Revenue = Sum of Order Values

  • On page rows: Calculate for checkout and upsell pages.

  • On site rows: Sum of child pages.

CTR (Click-through Rate)

The percentage of users who click on CTA buttons to go to the next page.

Formula: CTR = Clicks / Views

  • On CTA button rows: CTR = Number of Clicks on that specific CTA button / Number of Views on the page.

  • On page rows: CTR = Total number of Clicks on all CTA buttons / Number of Views on the page.

  • On-site rows: N/A

CVR

CVR = Conversions / Views

AOV (Average Order Value)

AOV = Revenue / Conversions

Unique Visitors

The number of unique visitors who have landed on the page at least 1 time.

Returning Visitors

The number of unique visitors who came back to the page after the first time.

The Metrics in the Funnel Performance

Metric Name

Description

Visits

The number of users landing on the funnel or each node through the funnel URL.

Views

The number of page loads of each node in the funnel when going through the funnel URL.

Click-Thrus

The number of clicks on the CTA buttons in the funnel node.

  • On funnel node rows, it’s the total clicks of all CTAs on the node.

  • On funnel rows, it’s the total clicks of all the nodes.

Conversions

The number of conversions of OFFER nodes. A conversion is confirmed and fired when the user completes the payment for an order and lands on the next page.

Unit Sold

Unit quantity of order

  • On offer page rows, display the total quantity a customer purchased on the offer page.

  • On funnel row, display the total quantity a customer purchased on all offers pages within the site.

Average Unit Sold

Average unit sold in main orders.

Unit Sold / Conversions

Revenue

If Funnel is Internal Offers

  • Revenue = Sum of Order Values, including upsells.

If Funnel is Affiliate Offers

  • Revenue = Conversions x Payout of the Offer

Default is Internal Offers

Upsell Sold

Quantity of upsells sold in the flow.

  • On offer page rows, display total quantity of upsells customer purchased on all upsell pages come after the offer.

  • On funnel row, sum of offer page rows.

Average Upsell Sold

Average upsells bought per conversion

Upsell Sold / Conversions
